    What are the basic rules for exchanging and returning goods?

    We always go out of our way to meet our customers, so in our company you can exchange or return the product within 14 days, not including the day of purchase.


    Product exchange or return is carried out according to the following procedure:

    • Availability of a cashier's receipt (disbursement invoice) about the purchase of goods;
    • The product and its components correspond to the product appearance: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions and the packaging is preserved - if the packaging was not opened;
    • The product has no signs of use;
    • Availability of original, complete packaging of the product and its components;
    • The complete set of goods provided by the manufacturer is preserved: accessories, consumables, accompanying documentation, warranty card, software, etc.


    What to do if the product you did not use did not suit you?

    • Make sure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
    • For the exchange, you must have a document confirming the purchase (cashier's check, invoice or expense note) and an identity document (passport, driver's license, foreign passport, pension certificate, etc.);
    • If you are in another city, the goods are sent to the supplier's warehouse at the expense of the customer.


    How to return or exchange a product of inadequate quality?

    • The return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality is possible if there is a document confirming the purchase of the goods (cashier's check or invoice);
    • The product is fully assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions;
    • There is a written application for product exchange or refund.


    In what cases is it not possible to exchange or return the product?

    The reason for refusal to exchange or return the goods, first of all, may be non-compliance with the above conditions. In addition, if the goods belong to the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994.
